Project Grad 2012-Graduation Party

May 10, 2012 11pm-3:00am
Will be held at Pro-Bowl Lanes: Bowling, Go-Carts,
Mini-Golf, Pool tables, Pizza, etc.
 

Pro-Bowl Lanes 505 E 18th Ave. North Kansas City

Our hope is that every senior will attend this after graduation party because
this may be the last time they will all be together.

Activities: bowling, mini-golf, arcade, go-carts, photo booth, DJ, caricature artist, tattoo artist, inflatables, pizza and drinks. Seniors will be bused to and from BSHS and the bowling alley.

PARENT TO DO LIST:
1. Senior Picture Video – 5 pictures of your senior need to be emailed to mcox624@att.com or dropped off at the BSHS office labeled Project Grad Photos. Due date April 15th.

2. Sign and Return Permission slip – every student must have a signed permission slip (signed by parent and student) to attend the event. Please return to BSHS office. Due date May 1st.

3. Provide Donations – We need donations! We need snacks and desserts. Please donate whatever you like; however for a suggestion if your last name starts with A-M donate a snack. If your name starts with N-Z, donate a dessert. It would be very helpful if you could notify Polly Stock by phone or email what you are donating so we can plan for other needed items.

Snack Ideas: popcorn, Chex mix, apples/dip, veggies/dip, granola bars…

Dessert Ideas: brownies, cookies, puppy chow, cupcakes, donuts, candy…

All donated items must be dropped off at the high school the day or evening of the event.
Please make sure your food is in a portable and disposable container.

4. Senior Gifts – please help us provide money, gift cards, or donations of any kind.

5. Volunteer! – A small group of volunteers has raised over $13,000 for this event. We still have
one more fundraiser. We need help for our Dodge Ball Tournament on February 26th at BES.

to get involved.

6. Volunteer Again! – 25 volunteers are needed to chaperone and organize the event. We need 2 people to oversee the set-up of the event, 7 people to oversee sign-up at BSHS and 10-13 people at the event to monitor and clean-up. Please contact Polly Stock if and when you are available to help. All parents are welcome at our next planning meeting which is February 8 at 6:30 pm at BSHS.
