After our meeting last night, May 14, 2013, we have decided that Booster Club will not continue during the next school year. Several e-mails were sent out to remind everyone of the meeting and we only had 11 members show. The individuals that had volunteered to take the vacant board positions did not attend. Unfortunately without a board it would be difficult to run an organization like this. It is disappointing, but our hopes are that you will continue to support your child's individual sports. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU WHO VOLUNTEERED DURING THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR. YOUR HELP WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED! The following positions have been voted on for the 2013-2014 sports season. If you wish to volunteer for one of the open positions be present at the May 14th Booster Club Meeting: President - Christa Wessel Vice President -vacant Secretary - vacant Treasurer - Communications Coordinator - Charles Concession Stand - school is taking back Membership - vacant Spirit Wear Coordinator - Kerry Stumbough Senior Banners - vacant Homecoming Coordinator - Tom Fehlhafer Silent Auction - Robin Harris |

Booster Club is proud to provide Senior Athletes with the opportunity to receive one personalized banner, showing their participation in different sports for the entire year. Banners will be on display at home games and presented to Senior athletes on Senior night. They will then be returned to Booster Club and placed on display at the District P.E. Center until the end of the school year when they will again be presented to Seniors at the Varsity Awards Ceremony. Banners are given free of charge to athletes with parents that are Club Members and have volunteered during the school year. To receive a Banner for a Senior with parents that are not active Club Members, Booster Club requests reimbursement for the cost of the banner. Additional Banners may be purchased through Booster Club - please contact us if you're interested! |
