Level one Discipline Referrals

Insubordination
Disrespect of Authority
Disruptive Behavior in an academic setting
Profanity
Dress code violation (hats, inappropriate clothing, etc)
AWOLS
PDA
Detention Skip
Cell phone/Headphones misuse
Failure to comply with instruction of staff member
Cheating
Violation of computer use policy
Use of electronic equipment


Offense Number Consequence

First Referral...............Conference with administrator and/or office detention

Second Referral............2 Office Detentions/ Teacher contacts parents

Third Referral.............. 1-3 Days of ISS

Fourth Referral..............3-5 Days of ISS/ Re-entry parent conference

Fifth Referral............... 1-5 Days of OSS

Sixth Referral...............6-10 Days of OSS

Seventh Referral............Recommendation for Long term suspension/Expulsion


Level Two Discipline Referrals

•·   Behavior which compromises safety or an orderly environment
•·   Petty Theft
•·   Hazing/Harassment
•·   Misdemeanor Vandalism
•·   Profanity directed at another individual
•·   Academic Misconduct or Plagiarism

First Referral...............1-5 Days of OSS/Re-entry Parent Conference

Second Referral............6-10 Days of OSS/Re-entry Parent Conference

Third Referral............ Recommendation for Long Term Suspension or expulsion

•·   High Level Threat to another person or persons
