Students:   If you would like to see the school nurse, you must have a pass from your teacher.  Students are not allowed in the nurse's office without a pass.

Parents:   To report a student illness or request homework, please contact the school nurse by clicking the "report student illness" button.

Nurse's Hours:   The nurse's office is open from 7:30 AM until 3:05 PM. 

Medication Policy:   If you are on prescribed medication, you must contact the school nurse and the medicine must be stored in the nurse's office.  A consent form must be signed by a parent/guardian and your doctor.  The form is located at the bottom of this page and is titled "Supervision of Dispensing of Prescribed Medications". 

Over the Counter Medication:   Over the counter medication can only be taken in the nurse's office.  Students are not permitted to take medication without filling out the consent form located at the bottom of this page.  The consent must be signed by your parent/guardian.  This consent is titled "Dispensing of Over the Counter Medications".
